Gridwork holds your tasks, sprints, and team workloads, the operational record of what engineering is actually working on. Strand connects that record to product usage and support data, so a slipping sprint and a rising bug report are visible as part of the same story.

How it works

Authenticate with Gridwork and select which projects and task fields to sync. Cortex pulls task and sprint data on a scheduled basis and links it to the product and engineering metrics already present in your graph. Workload data becomes queryable alongside usage trends, so capacity planning isn’t a separate exercise from understanding the product.

Configure

Manage the Gridwork connection from the integrations panel, where project scope and sync frequency are configured per workspace. Custom fields and labels used by your team are mapped automatically where possible, with manual mapping available for anything non-standard. Archived projects can be excluded to keep the graph focused on active work.
