Fieldpoint holds the pages, databases, and workspace activity that make up your internal knowledge base. Most of that knowledge stays locked inside search results that only work if you already know what you’re looking for. Strand connects it to the rest of your graph, so internal docs surface alongside the customer and product data they explain.

How it works

Add your Fieldpoint API key and select the workspaces and page types to include. Cortex ingests page content and workspace activity in real time, indexing it so Ask can surface relevant documentation alongside data results. References to accounts, deals, or projects mentioned in pages are resolved against the matching records elsewhere in your graph.

Configure

The Fieldpoint connection is managed from the integrations panel, where workspace and page scope are set per workspace. Sensitive or restricted pages can be excluded from ingestion entirely, keeping access control consistent with your existing Fieldpoint permissions. Page updates sync automatically, so the graph never reflects a stale version of a document.
